Potential earnings from this tenet of the roadmap utility will be from two sources. The first would be the community mutually agreeing to sell the land after it appreciates in substantial value. The second would be the community agreeing to build the Watering Hole on the land and monetizing it. Regardless, any proceeds from land sale or use will be governed in a decentralized fashion through snapshot proposals.
