Community Involvement

The initiation of this venture will signify the Watering Hole coming to life in the real world. If the space allows it, there will be community events held, along with free stays provided to holders. Of course, the operation itself must remain self-sufficient and as such, a balance between renting out the space to vacationers and using it for community events/stays will be established. Acquiring a property in a vacation friendly area with optimal weather and surrounding attractions will be important. Holders will be able to see the property on the AirBnB website once it is operational, with the interior of the property resembling the Watering Hole theme. All operational decisions involved in this venture will be subject to decentralized governance via snapshot proposals. Founders and 3rd parties will never make decisions in this regard.
